CareWatch is now MostAwake.

Overnight help, without waking everyone.

MostAwake helps families share overnight care. When a loved one needs help, it alerts the caregiver most likely to respond so one rested person can step in fast.

Assistive caregiver tool. Not a medical device or emergency service.

How it works

A calmer handoff when someone needs help.

MostAwake turns an overnight request into a clear, acknowledged response instead of waking every caregiver at once.
01

Pair your care circle

Connect a loved one with family caregivers, then set availability and quiet hours.

02

Send a help request

Request help from iPhone, Apple Watch, widgets, controls, or supported automatic signals.

03

Reach the right person

MostAwake routes a loud or silent alert using the family’s settings and available signals.

Built for real overnight care

Less guessing. Better family coordination.

MostAwake keeps the practical pieces of overnight care together—from who is on call to what happened last night.

Family pairing

Connect spouses, siblings, adult children, and other trusted caregivers.

On-call and quiet hours

Make overnight coverage explicit so every phone does not need to wake up.

Apple Watch support

Keep help requests, acknowledgements, and alerts available from the wrist.

Shared night context

Review help requests, sleep trends, and caregiver coverage over time.

Privacy and safety

Care technology should be clear about its limits.

MostAwake is designed for family coordination—not diagnosis, treatment, emergency detection, or a replacement for established care plans.

Permission-based data

Health data stays in Apple Health and is never sold or shared. Access can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.

Not for emergencies

Alerts depend on battery, connectivity, permissions, and device settings. Call local emergency services in a crisis.

Questions

Good to know before the first night.

Is CareWatch now MostAwake?

Yes. CareWatch was the app’s earlier name. The same App Store listing is now called MostAwake, and this /carewatch address remains available for existing links.

Can a family pair more than one caregiver?

Yes. Families can pair caregivers, set on-call or quiet windows, and coordinate who should receive an overnight request.

Do we need an Apple Watch?

No. MostAwake works on iPhone. Apple Watch adds faster access to alerts and help actions, and sleep-aware routing can use permitted Apple Health data when it is available.

Is MostAwake for emergencies?

No. MostAwake is an assistive caregiver tool, not a medical device or emergency service. In an emergency, call local emergency services.
